There is no checkbox and no administrator path for this program. Nobody at Silver Rock Enterprises can enable text messaging on your behalf, and nobody can clear an opt-out for you - consent is recorded only by an inbound START sent from your own handset, and it is revoked the moment you reply STOP. Recipients are Silver Rock Enterprises employees only.

Messages in this program cover your published work schedule, shift reminders and shift changes, time-off request decisions, and sign-in codes for your employee account.

2. PRISM platform users and other notification services

By providing your mobile phone number through one of our authorized applications, you consent to receive automated text messages from Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. and its affiliated services.

For PRISM platform users, opt-in occurs by entering your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox on your staff profile page at:

The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional - leaving it unchecked does not affect your access to PRISM.

For other services, opt-in occurs when an authorized Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. administrator designates you as a notification recipient.
