Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information in connection with our services, including automated SMS text messaging notifications.

In the course of providing our services, we may collect the following information:

• Name and contact details
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• Role or organizational affiliation
• Message delivery status and timestamps

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver automated notifications relevant to the service you have been enrolled in
• Confirm message delivery and acknowledgment
• Process opt-out and preference requests
• Maintain operational and audit records
• Improve the reliability of our notification services

Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. operates automated notification services that communicate with authorized recipients via SMS text messaging.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any information collected through SMS communications to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages of any kind, and we do not use text messaging to contact the general public. Recipients are our own employees and authorized personnel.

How consent is obtained. We operate three separate SMS programs, each with its own opt-in method, described in full on our SMS Opt-In Disclosure page at https://sreusa.net/sms-opt-in:

Employee schedule and account notifications - you enroll yourself by texting START to +1 702-637-3450. For this program there is no checkbox and no administrator path: consent is recorded only by an inbound START from your own handset, and no member of our staff can enable messaging on your behalf or clear an opt-out for you.

PRISM platform notifications - you check an optional consent box, unchecked by default, on your staff profile page.

Other notification services - an authorized administrator designates you as a recipient during enrollment.

Message frequency varies by service. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message.  Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].

Protected health information. Our SMS notification services are not used to transmit protected health information. Patient conditions, diagnoses, and test results are never sent by text message.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in delivering notifications (e.g., telecommunications carriers), solely for the purpose of message delivery
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. or others

SMS and notification records are retained for operational and audit purposes. Phone numbers and associated contact information are removed from our systems when a recipient is deactivated by an authorized administrator.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
